About
Rachelle Luna was born in San Francisco, California, and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1997.
In addition to authoring educational awareness books, she is a contracts negotiator for an international Fortune 500 Technology and Gaming Organization.
Education
Rachelle obtained her professional acquisition certification from AFIT, Graduate School, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
She holds a BSBA in Economics from UNLV, Las Vegas, Nevada. Currently, Rachelle is pursuing her Masters Degree in Contracts & Acquisitions from Bellevue University, Nebraska.
Small Business + Community
Rachelle is also the owner of RGL Strategies, a small boutique firm proudly serving small businesses in the areas of Business Licensing, Health Benefits, and Federal Contracts.
She is also involved in programs that focus on the betterment of individuals and small businesses to give back to underserved communities.
Viva Las Vegas
Rachelle is proud to call Las Vegas her home where there are always new places to explore good food, good music, and to have bellies of laughter with her partner and two boys - whom she serves begrudgingly, yet willingly and lovingly - as their unpaid Uber driver.
